Leveraging her background in outdoor and experiential education, she has been designing and hosting transformative learning experiences for more than 20 years with community at the heart of it all. When not at work you can often find Jenn floating in her unicorn, Peggy, outside playing in the woods, or at home baking or making soap.

Chef
Doris Fin
Global Holistic Chef Doris Fin is a well travelled Chef and an entrepreneur and leader in Holistic food offerings. Doris' playgrounds are both being in nature and being in the kitchen and the spaces where these intersect. You can often find her out foraging, her favourite way of connecting to nature, letting Mother Nature dictate the menu with her bounty. Doris also loves forest bathing, dancing, and reading a good book with a cuppa herbal tea. She has a wonderful group of girlfriends and loves the soul nourishment that is catalyzed by women bonding and sharing. @chefdorisfin

Camp Counsellor and Marketing Lead
Afreina Noor
Afreina joins camp as our Creativity Coach. She moved to Montreal in 2018 and as someone who is passionate about community found the transition challenging. However, alongside the challenge, Afreina saw possibility and potential and she spearheaded the creation of a thriving community of like-minded women who struggle to find their place in society. Professionally Afreina works in the sphere of social media marketing but you can also find her around the city as poetess, storyteller and improviser. As a fairly new immigrant to Canada, she never got the chance to attend camp as a kid and is super excited to let the little girl inside her experience it for the first time. While she may be new to the full camp experience she is no stranger to the intersection of community and creativity and she’s excited to hold space for women to help them get their creative juices flowing using improv and other creative activities.

Camp Counsellor
Heather Allardyce
Heather Allardyce is a big kid at heart, who lives to smile and whose happy place is in nature! She is a water sign, so it's no wonder she LOVES being on, in or around water, especially Standup Paddle Boarding (SUP). Whether she’s swimming, paddling or diving, she feels a deep sense of connection with mother earth and the healing vibrations that surround. When she discovered sound therapy as a modality for healing and self discovery, it was a perfect fit for her as well. She has spent years training in various forms of yoga instruction, learning the magic of Reiki energy, diving into the world of shamanic journeying and now she found the land of sound healing. She finds herself connecting to that same grounding earth/water energy that comes from being in nature when she’s channeling the energies with her voice and sacred instruments. Come explore with Heather, from the inside out!

Camp Counsellor
Linda Vanderlee
Linda Vanderlee is another fantastic camp counsellor who brings six decades of camping experience and an expressive arts lens. Linda loves the sparks that flare when people and ideas connect. She believes in the power of self expression - for connection, fun and health. A facilitator and coach at heart, her spare time is often spent outdoors, hosting music jams and leading writing and other artsy type sessions in the community. She lives in a century-old barn she renovated into a home and workshop space in rural Quebec, just north of Ottawa. Her own emotions and ideas tend to be expressed in the form of workshop handouts, blog posts and most fondly ... song.
